"Partnership & Confidence Building Horsemanship"
*****I went to a barn in Buffalo NY where Katherine held a NH training clinic . Katherine is a wonderful special talented person and a wonderful teacher. My first impression was when I watched Katherine with a yearling before our classes started. She loves our equine friends, you can see it in her eyes and the way she touches them. They come first, when it comes to teaching us humans, which they should. Katherine is very clear on what she expects, very easy to follow and understand. They had two hardly handled horses and they flipped when they came into the arena, up on back legs pawing the air,the whole bit. I watched Kathy very patient, calm and confident instantly gently calm them down. They went thru the methods with no problem. The next day they were like two different horses. It was truly amazing. I enjoyed the clinic alot and I am going to attend another, next a seven day one. I don't look at my horse with question marks written on my face, I am more confident in what I am doing with him. This clinic was the best thing I did for me and my horse. I thank you and Koda thanks you. Happy Trails
***I had the fantastic opportunity of meeting and working with Kathy Barbarite in Tucson, Az at a Gentle Solutions Clinic. Kathy is very passionate about horses and teaching people the natural way in building an honest relationship with horses. At times I was confused about certain tasks and Kathy patiently talked me through the difficulty I was having. Kathy's teaching is clear and concise. Thank you, Kathy for all of your help. I look forward to working with you again. True in spirit, Jenna Wasylyshyn
I had the priviledge of meeting Katherine at the Gentle Solutions Clinic in AZ the last week of February.. I have been out of the horse world for about 20 years and was very uncertain of myself and working with horses I just met. Katherine immediately made me feel at ease with a warm smile and encouraging words. In the beginning I had a great deal of difficulty in grasping some of the concepts presented until Kathy took it upon herself to not only explain them in detail but patiently show me over and over again until the light bulb started to light in my head. If it were not for her, I don't know that I would have stuck with the class. As a result, I was not only able to finish, I began to truly understand the concepts. I felt a very strong connection with Katherine that deepened as time went on. Her love and passion for horses is obvious to everyone and unparalleled only in her appreciation of people and their desire to improve their individual communication with this majestic species. Thank you Katherine, I will never forget you!
